Business Development Coordinator

 About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist them to scale it’s outreach and coverage of institutional traders of digital assets.. We are seeking a smart, driven individual that can assist across functions from business development, marketing and administrative duties. You will be joining a fast-moving team that leads the firm’s strategic initiatives across marketplace design, product development, and business development.
 
 Responsibilities 
  • Day-to-day management of CRM and assistance with sales planning 
  • Support Business Development team in their day to day role by assisting with scheduling and client contact
  • Manage clients through the sales cycle from initial documentation to live trading
  • Work directly with  external designers to create marketing collateral
  • Support and execute strategies for ongoing CRM growth, maintenance, and quality
  • Manage all social media accounts
  • Assist with creating metrics for live client accounts, and organizing marketing efforts around results
  • Some travel and external-facing work required (10%) assist with trade shows and client events
 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in institutional trading and markets
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing/design
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to dive in and assist teammates
  • Work in Chicago
  • Entrepreneurial and independent
